Welcome to my web site. My name is Christina Denney. I attended Goshen High School and Wilmington College. I have a B.A. in Elementary Education, as well as a Master's Degree.

I have been at Goshen since 2000. I currently teach fifth grade Reading and Writing, although I have taught fourth grade (all subjects), sixth grade (Language Arts and Social Studies), as well as fifth grade math.

This year we have many exciting projects and activities planned:

• September: Biography Unit (reading & writing biographies)
• October: Mystery Month (focusing on Edgar Allan Poe)
• November/December: Chris Van Allsburg unit (Zathura, Wreck of the Zephyr, Polar Express, and more).
• January: The Pinballs
• February: Poetry Unit
• March/April: OAT prep
• May: There's a Boy in the Girls' Restroom
